We especially highlight the possibility of procuring unregistered medicines. This procedure is defined by the Rulebook on the documentation and method of importing medicines that do not have a marketing authorization.

Medicines that do not have a license in the Republic of Serbia, but are necessary for diagnostics and therapy – unregistered medicines, can be obtained at the expense of compulsory health insurance funds if they are on List D, which is formed by the Republic Health Insurance Fund.
