Purchasing products through the website is considered distance selling, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law (Official Gazette of RS No. 62/2014, 6/2016, and 44/2018).
All products have properties necessary for regular use and are intended for the purpose defined in the manufacturer's instructions. Product conformity with the contract is determined exclusively according to the properties and purpose of the product, in accordance with the accompanying instructions.
Special categories of products (dietary supplements, dermocosmetics, OTC medicines) are sold in accordance with legal regulations and rules for customer safety and information.

All website content is protected by copyright and may not be used for commercial purposes without the Pharmacy's consent. You may use material from the website exclusively for personal information and non-commercial use.
Information on the website is not a substitute for professional medical or pharmaceutical advice. For diagnosis, treatment, or therapy changes, you must consult a doctor or pharmacist. Consultation with a Galena Lab pharmacist is possible in person, by phone, or via email.
Privacy and Data Processing

- order fulfillment
- product records and delivery
- contacting the customer regarding the order
- fraud protection
Customer Data Input
For the purchase to be successfully processed, the Customer must enter:
For individuals: first and last name, contact phone, email address, delivery address
For legal entities: exact name of legal entity, headquarters address, first and last name of contact person who realizes the purchase on behalf of the legal entity, contact person's phone, contact person's email, VAT ID and registration number of the legal entity
Using this data, the Seller enables delivery of purchased goods.
Data Protection and Usage
Personal data and legal entity data, including IP addresses from which the Customer accesses the site, will not be used for marketing or other purposes without the Customer's explicit consent.
Personal and health data are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Payment card data is not stored on the Pharmacy's servers; transactions are conducted through a secure banking service.

Registration and Personalized Content
Registration on the website is not mandatory.
The Customer must be at least 18 years old.
After completing the email registration process, the User gains access to certain personalized content, such as order data or purchase status.
By registering, the User confirms:
- that they are fully aware of and accept the Terms of Use of the Galena Lab web store
- the accuracy and completeness of the entered data
- that they give explicit consent to Galena Lab Pharmacy to process personal data specified in the order, in accordance with PDPL, for the purposes of its own records and providing other services, and that the data may be provided to third parties for the purpose of performing delivery services, user protection, and fraud prevention
- that they are obliged to keep the access password and not disclose it to third parties; otherwise, the user bears sole responsibility.
Ordering and Order Receipt
Orders are created by clicking the "ADD TO CART" button.
The Customer receives email confirmation of order receipt.
Galena Lab reserves the right to:
- verify data and contact the customer for validation
- make partial or complete delivery if some products are not available
- cancel the order with prior notification to the customer
Reservations and Pharmacy Pickup
Product pickup is possible only after notification that the order is ready.
Working hours for pickup:
Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 20:00
Saturday: 08:00 – 14:00
Product reservation is valid for 3 days from the confirmation of readiness, after which the Pharmacy has the right to cancel the reservation.
Prices and Delivery
Prices are expressed in dinars and include VAT.
Delivery costs are borne by the customer (amount depends on weight and payment method).
Delivery is carried out through courier services. On weekends and holidays, delivery is made on the first following business day.
All orders are delivered within a maximum of 5 business days, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances.
Payment
Cash on Delivery:
Cash payment to the courier upon receipt.
The courier may not have change – prepare the exact amount.
Payment Cards:
All transactions are executed through a secure OTP bank system.
Data is transmitted in encrypted form.
The Pharmacy does not store payment card data.
Withdrawal and Complaints
The Customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of goods, without stating a reason.
For withdrawal, it is necessary to complete the withdrawal form, available on the website, or send a notification via email: [email protected]
The Customer bears the cost of returning goods, unless the product is defective or does not match the description.
Refunds and complaints are processed according to the instructions on the website. Complaints can also be submitted for products purchased through the website, following the instructions.
