The pharmacy was founded in 2000 as a family business of the married couple Nada and Sreten Cvetković, both of whom are graduate pharmacists with specializations. With minor changes to its visual identity and name, the pharmacy has been operating at the same location to this day.

Taking into account the well-being of patients, the pharmacies of the Galena Lab pharmaceutical institution perform the complete pharmaceutical health activity, and we provide our patients with a full spectrum of pharmaceutical healthcare services.

The pharmacies operate in full compliance with the principles of Good Pharmacy Practice and in accordance with all applicable regulations that define this area.

In the laboratory for compounding medicines, drugs are prepared according to a doctor's prescription for a specific patient, as a personalized therapy.

The Galenic laboratory is intended for the production of galenic medicines, which are available in the product ranges of pharmacies throughout Serbia, and its operation is organized in accordance with the principles of Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Pharmacy Practice, pursuant to the decision of the Ministry of Health from November 2020.

In the control laboratory, the quality of starting substances, packaging materials, and manufactured galenic drugs is controlled in accordance with the regulations of current pharmacopoeias, approved analytical methods, and in line with the principles of Good Laboratory Practice.

The employees in the pharmacies and laboratories are Masters of Pharmacy/graduate pharmacists, specialists in pharmaceutical technology, specialists in drug testing and control, specialists in pharmaceutical healthcare, specialists in pharmacotherapy, and pharmaceutical technicians.

In line with the thesis that modern pharmaceutical service builds a bridge of trust with patients only if the aggressive market approach is replaced by the concept of providing specific services through expert knowledge and technical excellence, we continue with the promotion and care of our service users' health.
